Vintage Flowers and Doilies Card

Hello everyone,

Just a quick post of my latest project.


I made all the flowers using Spellbinders flower die, arranged them ontop of two doilies and a piece of vintage style patterned cardstock.


Majority of the flowers were distressed with Old Paper Distress Ink...


Some of the flowers were attached to the card with extra foam adhesive to give that dimensional look...


I added some bling that peaks underneath the cluster of flowers...

    Oh my goodness, this must be one of the most beautiful cards ever. I can't stop looking at all those gorgeous flowers. Absolutely breath taking. This card should be put in frame, it's a real piece of art. Fab work my friend!

      Thank you so much Maja :) I am so glad that you like my card :) I also hear from alot of recipients that they put their card in a shadow box or just display it as part of their house decoration :) Isn't that cool or what??

      It is!!! I hope the recipient of this card does the same. This one should definitely be framed or at least displayed on a shelf that everybody could see it.

    What a lovely bouquet and such pretty colors. The pearls and lace are the perfect compliment. I just received my first distress ink marker and I ordered the color used here - Old Paper which I've never tried before. I was disappointed in the color because it is a light green and not what I expected. Your flowers are the color I was hoping for.

      Yes, that ink is also kinda green, I only inked edges of some flowers, the ones that have darker edges are distressed with it. I am glad you like my card:)

    Wow Samra, I think I want to live in this amazing flower garden!! You must have spent a coon's age making all of these gorgeous blooms! Worth it because it is just stunning and I love the colours you used! Brilliant sprays of bling, I just love it all!
