12 Tags of 2015-February

Hello everyone,

Just a quick post of the tag I made for Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2015 - February


For the most part I followed the tutorial with the exception of some embellishments that I did not have, so I added my own.




I embossed a cardstock heart, painted it red and then applied UTEE to create that glossy thick layer. I did not stitch the heart or the ribbon on the bottom since I do not have a sewing machine...


I added a crossbow instead of the heart charm....

    Wow Samra! Only you can make Tim Holtz look shabby and feminine while still maintaining the essence of the Tim style and layout! Just gorgeous! Love your colours and the fabulous little charm you used! The stars up the side are a brilliant addition! Well done my friend! hugs :)

    I love your version of Tim's tag Samra! that bright pink really stands out and is SO pretty! - the ruler ribbon looks great looped through the top as well as across the bottom!

    Oh, Samra! I really adore your take on Tim's tag! I love the heart and those embellishments you added to make this your own. My favorite part is that you tipped that heart and arrow upward--this just made this for me! Also great bow and use of that ruler ribbon both at the bottom and through the hole at the top. Hugs!
