Lilacs Card

Hello everyone,

I would like to share with you my latest make. I am so very proud of this card, and I think it is so far the best one I have made. :)

For the background, I used a wood grain patterned paper. I created a Hello sign using Cricut to cut out the hearts and then I stamped them with Shaded Lilac distress ink. The hears were glued onto a baker's twine.

The Lilacs were made using Cricut to cut out bunch of tiny flowers, which I then shaped and added liquid pearl centers. I glued the tiny flowers to wooden skewer sticks. I hand cut grass blades.

I created the flowers basket using some chipboard strips that I glued on heavy cardstock shaped into a basket. Then I painted everything with gray paint and dry brushed some purple paint.

I finished the basked with some One Step Crackle to give it that nice rustic look and added a little purple bow. :)

Here is one more look at the finished card and the keepsake box that it comes with....

I would like to enter my card into following challenges that inspired me to create this card:

Double D Challenge Lavender/Lilac/Purple with this gorgeous mood board

I added some ribbon and twine.

I was inspired by flowers and woodgrain.

I hope you enjoyed this post...
Thank you so much for stopping by and stay safe.
