Vintage Bicycle Birthday Card

Hello everyone,

just a quick post of my newest creation, one of two I created today...second post will follow


I used beautiful 7 dots Studio card stock for my background and added Cheery Lynn Vintage Bicycle and Spellbinders Flower diecut flowers.


Along the lower part of the card I used a strip of Tim Holtz harlequin washi tape and that hand pointing at Happy Birthday sign is also a piece of TH washi tape.


Shabby bow was hand died with Dusty Concord DI and embellished with another tissue paper flower and a tiny crafter's clay lock.

    Oh my goodness, my sweet friend, this is stunning!! Wow!! The colors are so dreamy!! I love the background!! How creative to use the newspaper print for the flowers!! They look amazing!!     Samra, I am so happy to finally leave you some love! I had your sweet projects up last night and then was whisked away! This card is so beautiful. The vintage bicycle is lovely and oh how I adore your color palette... which I could say on every single creation. :o) The background is so pretty and your ribbon is exquisite! I wish I could color ribbon so perfectly. :o) The newsprint flowers add extra interest and was such a brilliant idea. Wonderfully done, my friend!

    Totally gorgeous Samra!! Those flowers are so unique with the wonderful pattern and arrangement, love the addition of the shabby bow and little lock too!! Think I need to grab me that bike die, how fabulous for an embellishment! Wonderfully romantic and vintage my friend. hugs :)
