Hipster Birthday Card

Hello everyone,

Here is my newest creation, simple Hipster Style Birthday Card:

All the patterned paper came from various stacks by Paper Studio.

The birthday cupcake is a Damask Decor Cricut cartridge cutout decorated with liquid perls.

I added this seam binding ribbon bow embellished with fancy brad and liquid pearls.

Couple more views of finished card...

  1. Lovely bit of distressing there, those liquid pearls must have taken you ages to do. Thanks for joining us at ABC Challenge

    1. Thanks for stopping by Andrea :) Liquid pearl took only a couple of minutes to apply, but I had to wait probably an hour for them to completely dry. I learned it the hard way that if you want the liquid pearl to stay in the pearl shape, you need to let them dry COMPLETELY. :) This card is just something different....

  6. I love how you have carried the distressed look through the entire card - from the edges right down to the lovely ribbon. The pop of turquoise ribbon is a lovely touch. Thank you for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches.
