Life is a Journey Card

Hello everyone,

Here is my newest creation:


I used two layers of patterned paper with distressed and inked edges to create my base. As you can see I added Baby Breath galore to my card. :)


This bicycle is a resin embellishment that I colored with black white and pink paint. It was originally white and silver, but I shabbied it up a little bit with those extra colors...


All the flowers were handmade by me :)

    Dibs, I call dibs!!!! lol Seriously, this is one of the most beautiful cards ever. I love how you created the background, that bicycle looks amazing and the flowers are gorgeous.     Super gorgeous. I am loving the "fence" and all the flowers tumbling over the edge. The little bicycle parked against it is sweet. I am so wanting to create but have to wait until I finish murdering the dust bunnies.

I decided to let the dust bunnies live one more day in my house :) Today is sooo windy here in Vegas and I don't feel like going out at all, and don't feel like really doing much other than try to make a card or two and chill around the house...Looking forward to your new project :)Hugs :)

    OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! Samra, not only is this one of my favourite cards of yours, it's one of my favourite cards...PERIOD!!!!! This is an absolute work of art, honestly, how brilliant are you anyway!!!! Your background papers are beyond perfect for your scene, your flowers are wonderfully made and beautifully arranged, that babies breathe, OH MY, how I love it peeking out from behind the wood!! The bike is incredible, what a fabulous job you did antiquing it, I can't stop looking at this one, wow! Can you tell that I like it??     Samra, this is such an eyecatching card...I saw the thumbnail over at CHA, and had to stop in for a close up! So happy I did! This is just gorgeous! I think I have this paper, but I would have never thought to make such a feminine card with it. You have made gorgeous flowers to compliment the entire scene. Wish I had a bike like that:)!
