Hello everyone,
It is time for a brand new challenge at Scrapy Land and this challenge #32 concludes my Guest Designer appearance with Scrapy Land Blog. It was my honor and privilege to be part of this amazing Design Team last three months and I would like to thank Anne and the rest of the team for all the support. I truly and greatly appreciate it!
Now, let's get back to the challenge, shall we? Challenge #32 is themed Holidays, therefore we would love to see projects that are Holidays themed using dies that Scrapy Land sells.
For my last appearance as a GDT I created an elegant Holiday card:
I used following dies to create this card:
Cheery Lynn Designs Royal Scandinavian Tag 1
Memory Box Chloe Stem
Spellbinders Card Creator Tranquil Moments
Spellbinders Shapeabilities Rose Creation
Flowers were made using a silver wrapping tissue paper and the shabby grey seam binding bow is nested underneath the flowers....
Here is the close-up of the sentiment designed by wonderful Mona Pendleton...
...and of course a keepsake box accompanies this card...
Please stop by the Scrapy Land blog to see what my team mates have made for this challenge and I hope you join us with a fabulous creation of yours!
I would like to enter my card into following challenges:
Little Scrap Pieces Show it off Saturday Linky Party
Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge "Just a Pinch" (of crystal embellishments)
613 Avenue Create Challenge #154 Anything Goes...there is always a twist but I went with anything goes...

Shabby Chic Season's Greeting Card
Hello everyone,
Just a quick post of a card I made today:
The first layers was created using a crackle paste applied through the Finnabair Harlequin stencil, then everything was covered with gesso to mute the turquoise color of the card stock...
Handmade flowers were arranged around shabby bow, vintage silver frame and other embellishments...
I added some silver microbeads and couple charms to the arrangement. I like the angel wings peeking under the bow :)
One more look at the card...
I would like to enter this card into following challenges:
Evolution Scrap Seasonal Coolness with this amazing mood board
Frilly and Funkie Challenge 'Tis the Season
Scrap & Craft Challenge #16 Anything Christmas
The Sisterhood of Crafters Holiday Color Challenge
Studio 75 Blog Challenge #12
with this gorgeous inspiration moodboard
Try it on Tuesday Winter Wishes
I hope you enjoyed this post...

Anything But Cute Challenge #8 You've Got Happy Mail
Hello everyone,
It is time for a new challenge over at Anything But Cute and this month's hostess is our fabulous Niki! She chose the theme of mixed media holiday cards.
“We all like Happy Mail right? That feeling of being spoiled rotten when you receive a handmade card from someone is better than being wrapped up in a soft blanket near a fire, sipping on a hot latte. So, for this challenge I would love to see some mixed media Christmas cards inspired by the spirit of the season.”, Niki says…
So here is what I made:
And the pictures will show you the process. I have to give the credit to this blog for the door and stone-like wall around the door tutorial. I used a very thick cardboard and egg carton to create door and stone wall...
...and when it's all put together we have the door with holiday wreath and a holiday warm wishes sign :)
I added a couple of jingle bells, bow and some bling to my wreath, just to spruce it up a little bit :)
I used a vintage Prima brad for my door handle...
Please stop by Anything But Cute to see what fabulous makes my team mates have to offer you as an inspiration...OK, now it is your turn!!!
I would like to enter this card into following challenges:
Let's Craft and Create challenge #108 Christmas
Scrap and Craft challenge #16 "Anything Christmas" ( I have my festive Christmas Wreath hanging on the door)
That's Crafty Season's Greetings Challenge
Through the Craftroom Door Anything Goes
Scrapki--Wyzwaniowo December Chaellenge Doors and Windows
I hope you enjoyed this post...

Scrapy Land Challenge #31
Hello everyone,
It is time for a brand new challenge at Scrapy Land Blog and challenge #31 is Anything Goes using dies that Scrapy Land sells.
Here is what I created as a DT inspiration:
This time I went with tall and skinny card using following dies: Spellbinders Shapeabilities Sparkle, Spellbinders In’spire Silhouette, Spellbinders Shapeabilities Rose Creation, Cheery Lynn Designs Royal Scandinavian Tag 1 and Cheery Lynn Designs English Tea Party Doily.
I layered the dies using the foam adhesive to give the card extra dimension...
I added a seam binding shabby bow and tried to keep this card relatively simple...
... and I made a keepsake box for it...
Please stop by the blog to see what my team mates created as the inspiration and I hope you join our challenge #31 as Scrapy Land Blog.
I hope you enjoyed this post...
