Nutcracker Christmas Card

 Hello all,

I would like to share with you one of my latest Christmas cards:

I used wood pattern paper for my background and added an elegant frame with two houses cut with Cricut and covered with liquid snow to create icicles.

I fussy cut a Nutcracker from Lemoncraft Christmas collection paper pad and added some lace ribbon,

a sentiment banner and a little Lemoncraft clock embellishment button.

Snowtex covered Poinsettias are Heartfelt Creations dies, embellished with large rhinestones in the centers.. Tucked in are couple of pine trees, Memory Box dies.

 One more look at the finished card..

Sparkling Blue Poinsettia Christmas Card

 Hello,

It's been a while since my last post, but here I am to show off my latest make:

I used Maja Design paper for my background, then embossed a piece of beige cardstock with Crafter's Companion Festive Wonder embossing folder. Next, I used Spellbinders Hemstitch Circles die to create a window for the Spellbinders Ornament.

I heat embossed Large and Sparkling Poinsettias and added Sue Wilson foliage dies.

I added a little bow on top of the ornament as a finishing touch.

One more look at the finished card in its' protective box.

Graduation card

 Hello everyone,

I would like to share with you a graduation card:

I used Cricut to cut the graduation hat and a Spellbinders die to place a hat on.

I made flowers using flower punch, and large flower stamen. I tucked in some dried baby's breath flowers underneath the Spellbinders die.

I made the elegant ribbon bow using seam binding ribbon.

5/26/21 I am so very proud to announce that my card won the challenge at Bitten By the Bug 2 Graduation.

Bright Colors Witch Wreath Card

 Hello all,

Welcome to my blog. I would like to share with you my latest make:

I used bright green paper for my base, added bright orange paper, embossed with Darice Harlequin embossing folder and I inked edges with TH Twisted Citron Distress Ink.

 

I created the Jack-o-Lantern wreath with the Cricut cupcake cutouts that I placed to shape a wreath and welded them together before cutting, than added the Witch cutout in the middle of it. Boo is also a Cricut cutout.

I then added some dried moss and little orange flowers that are actually a ribbon that I just cut at each flower connection to get individual flowers out of it.

To finish my card, I added a bunch of tiny bats, also Cricut cutouts that I mounted on thin acetate strips, so that they can look like they are flying around.

Elegant Easter Card

 Hello everyone,

I would like to share my latest make:

For the background I used Pion Easter Greetings paper. I added Cheery Lynn Designs English Tea Party Doily and on top of it a Recollections Doily embellishment.

I created a decorative strip with Spellbinders A2 Bracket Borders One, and a strip with a computer generated sentiment.

Next, I added some hand made flowers and Sue Wilson Bold Scrolled Vine dies. To finish my design, I added some pearl.

Spring Birthday Card with Flowers and Butterflies

 Hello everyone,

I would like to share my latest make: a card for a friend's birthday.

The flowers are hand made, using Spellbinders flower dies. I inked edges with Shaded Lilac Distress Ink and added little flower stamens.

The sentiment was computer generated and die cut using Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles.

Butterflies are Cricut cuts from my stash, one of those free for a week deals...

Jack-o-lantern in a Window Card

 Hello,

Just wanted to show my latest make:

I created a shadow box to give a dimensional look into the window and Jack-o-lantern peaking through it.

I used crackle paint on the shutters to give it old and creepy look...

I recycled plastic cover for Cricut mat to create illusion of the glass window and egg carton for bricks around the window.

I made a flower container and added some moss and little blue flowers. Behind the window, you can see old looking drapes, made with cheese cloth that I pained with black Dilysions spray and Jack-o-lantern distressed with some black and brown ink.

Ornate Poinsettia Christmas Card

 Hello everyone,

I hope this post finds you well and safe.

I would like to share one of my Christmas cards today:

I used 49 and Market Christmas cardstock and Heartfelt Creations Large Poinsettia die and stamp.

The card turned out quite dimensional and ornate, I think....

Sentiment is a generic die that I bought on Amazon, no brand name, but cuts great and looks really nice.
