Hello,
it is time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land Blog and the theme is Favorite Colors, using dies that Scrapy Land Store carries.
Here is my make:
As you can tell...my favorite color is blue :)
Handmade and hand died flowers and various flourishes were used to create this floral arrangement...
This rich shabby bow was made using blue and purple seam binding ribbon...
I tucked in couple of clay flourishes into this floral bunch.
Here is the list of dies I used for this card:
Spellbinders Fleur de Lis Square
Magnolia Rose Leaf
Cheery Lynn Leafy Flourish
Spellbinders Nestabilities Reverent Square corner
Please stop by Scrapy Land Blog to see what my team mates have created for this challenge inspiration and join in for a chance to win $15 gift certificate to Scrapy Land Store.
I hope you enjoyed this post...
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by...

Shabby Chic Dress Form Card
Hello,
Just a quick post of my latest make:
I tried something new to me: making shabby chic flowers with ribbon.
I used left over pieces of ribbon to make three flowers and the rest is just randomly arranged pieces or various ribbons...
I used metal flowers for the centers of my fabric flowers and randomly covered everything with gesso. The chipboard dress form is also covered with gesso and crackle paint.
The corner metal filigree is covered with crakle paint.
I would like to enter this card into following challenges:
Card Mania Challenge #88 Layer it
Deep Ocean challenge #146 "Anything New" (Metal filigree and dress form are new)
Frilly and Funkie New Year Inspiration (my new year inspiration is to create more than last year and try new things, like those fabric flowers...)
Kartkowe ABC challenge "Aquamarine"
Really Reasonable Ribbon challenge #155 Anything Goes with Ribbon and Trim
I hope you enjoyed this post...
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by...
UPDATE 01/24/2017
I made it to Top 3 at Deep Ocean Challenge with this card :)

Scrapy Land Challenge #57 Anything Goes
Hello everyone,
It is time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land Blog and the theme is Anything Goes using dies that Scrapy Land Store carries.
Here is what I made for the challenge inspiration:
I used a piece of dark brown card stock for my base to make the Memory Box Distressed Baptisia Collage die pop up nicely on the front panel.
Roses were made using Spellbinders Rose Creation die and the tucked in leaves are die cuts from Magnolia Doohickeys die (currently unavailable)
Sentiment was computer generated and die cut with Taylored Expressions Banner Stacklets 1 (currently unavalible)
Please stop by Scrapy Land Blog to check out what my team mates prepared for this challenge and I hope you'll join the fun for a chance to win $15 gift certificate for Scrapy Land Store.
I hope you enjoyed this post...
