Vintage Love Card

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to show you my latest creation:

I used layer upon layer of patterned papers and cardstock, cutouts, lace, flowers and what not to create this vintage feel card...

The cage was attached to the card so that it had 3D effect. I added some liquid pearls to the cage and around the edges of one of the layers of cardstock...

I cut out the sentiment on my Cricut using Sophisticated cartridge, all other cutous were from my hoarding supplies :)

I made these flowers a few weeks ago for another projects but did not need them all, so they came in handy for this card :)

In this view, you can see how dimensional this card really is...

One more look at the finished card...

I am entering this card into following challenges:

Artisant "Love Sentiments" February Challenge

Craft Hoarders Anonymous February Challenge "How I Love Thee"

House of Cards February Challenge "Love"

and

Vintage Utfordring #96 Bird/Birdcase

I hope you enjoyed this post...
Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by...
Samra

  10. Samra,
What a hopelessly romantic card you have created here! I love that strip of lace, and of course, the birdcage--PINK!!!! And those little Liquid Pearls! Wow! When I go to have surgery, I want YOU doing it! Your hand is so steady and precise! You are a LP machine! Your threee flowes and paper distressing are perfectly shabby. I see you use a Cricut a bit...I may just have to dust mine off! Never used it except for an occasional school project for the kids--they loved it! Anyway, my friend it has been a delight to see this lovely creation! Have a wonderful weekend! Hugs!
